This week we learned about dividing our books into chapters. We also began to wrap up our realistic fiction unit and will be moving on to our last unit next week.

This week we began our reading assessments. We also reviewed how to retell a story using key details and character names.
Science
We learned all about Earth Day and how to recycle, reduce, and reuse! Be sure to ask your first grader some of the ways we learned to do these things around the house!
